DESCRIPTION:
Sipera VIPER Lab has reported a vulnerability in the Vonage Motorola
VT 2142 phone adapters, which can be exploited by malicious people to
conduct spoofing attacks.

The vulnerability is caused due to the SIP stack accepting SIP INVITE
messages without checking the validity of the request. This can be
exploited to impersonate the Call Server by sending specially crafted
SIP INVITE messages with the IP address of the server and e.g. spoof
the caller ID.

SOLUTION:
Filter out SIP INVITE messages
