DESCRIPTION:
Nexen has discovered a vulnerability in DeluxeBB, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to improper authentication
verification in cp.php. This can be exploited to change e-mail
addresses for arbitrary users by setting the "membercookie" parameter
to their username, and furthermore to change the password for the
administrator account.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.09. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Implement proper authentication verification in cp.php.
