DESCRIPTION:
Sun has acknowledged a vulnerability in Solaris, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when
enforcing "netgroups" restrictions. This can be exploited by
malicious people to gain root access to an NFS share with "netgroups"
access configured.

The vulnerability affects the following products:
* Solaris 10 for the SPARC platform with kernel patches 120011-04 or
later.
* Solaris 10 for the x86 platform with kernel patches 120012-04 or
later.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
