DESCRIPTION:
niekt0_at_hysteria.sk has reported a vulnerability in SiteScape
Forum, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a
vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when handling
certain requests to the dispatcher.cgi script, which can be exploited
to inject and execute TCL commands.

Note: Reportedly, this only allows execution of TCL commands without
a parameter.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 7.x through 8.0. Other
versions may also be affected.
