The vulnerabilities are caused due to the DownloadManager ActiveX control (ISDM.exe) including certain insecure methods (e.g. "AddFile()", "RunScheduledJobs()"), which can be exploited to e.g. download an arbitrary file to an arbitrary location on a user's system. The isusweb.dll ActiveX control is also reported to be similarly affected. The vulnerabilities are reported in ISDM.exe version 6.1.100.61372. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Set the kill-bit for the affected ActiveX control.
