This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation allows e.g. retrieving the administrator's password hash, but requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled. 2) Input passed to the "lang" parameter in pages/print/default/ops/news.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources. Successful exploitation requires that "register_globals" is enabled and "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled. The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.4.1. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised and verified.
