DESCRIPTION:
Fedora has issued an update for speex. This fixes a security issue,
which can potentially be exploited by malicious people to compromise
an application using the library.

NOTE: This update adds additional checks to
"speex_packet_to_header()" to protect applications using the speex
library and not having proper checks.
