DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Licq, which can be exploited by
malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of
incoming TCP connections. This can be exploited to crash the
application via an overly large number of TCP connections established
to a random port on which Licq is listening.

The vulnerability is reported in version 1.3.5. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Fixed in the development repository.
