DESCRIPTION:
Khashayar Fereidani has discovered some vulnerabilities in Maian
Search, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct
cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.

1) Input passed to the "keywords" parameters in search.php is not
properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be
exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

2) Input passed to the parameters "header", "header2", "header3",
"header4", "header5", "header6", "header7", "header8", "header9", and
"header10" in admin/inc/header.php is not properly sanitised before
being returned to an administrator. This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in an administrator's browser
session.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.1. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
