This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site. 2) Input passed to the "Full Name" form field when creating an account, opening a ticket, or requesting a chat is not properly sanitised before being stored. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious data is viewed. 3) Input passed to the "customfieldlinkid" parameter in staff/index.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires valid staff credentials and knowledge of a ticket ID to a ticket that the staff user has access to. The vulnerabilities are reported in version 3.20.02. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Fixed in version 3.30.00 RC3. Filter malicious characters and character sequences in a web proxy.
