DESCRIPTION:
matt & zach have discovered a vulnerability in IceBB, which can be
exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "skin" parameter in index.php is not properly
sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to
manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation allows e.g. escalation of a member account to
an administrator account, but requires valid user credentials.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.0-rc9.3. Prior versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.0-rc10.
