DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IPsec-Tools, which can be
exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to a memory leak in the racoon daemon
when processing invalid proposals. This can be exploited to cause a
DoS.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 0.7.1.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 0.7.1.
