Some packages have been signed during an intrusion incident on the Red Hat computer systems. The vendor is still investigating the incident. An issue that prevents ssh from using a trusted X11 cookie if creation of an untrusted cookie fails has also been corrected. SOLUTION: Updated packages are available via Red Hat Network. http://rhn.redhat.com Use the OpenSSH blacklist script to ensure that none of the affected packages are installed on your system. http://www.redhat.com/security/data/openssh-blacklist.html ORIGINAL ADVISORY: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2008-0855.html ---------------------------------------------------------------------- About: This Advisory was delivered by Secunia as a free service to help everybody keeping their systems up to date against the latest vulnerabilities.
