DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Management Center (SunMC),
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the PRM
module, which can be exploited to consume system memory and cause a
DoS.

The vulnerability is reported in SunMC version 3.6.1 for Solaris 8,
9, and 10 and version 4.0 for Solaris 10 on the SPARC platform, and
SunMC version 4.0 for Solaris 10 on the x86 platform.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
