The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the OpenSSL PKCS#11 engine. This can be exploited to corrupt the SSL session cache and cause the "RSA_sign" and "RSA_verify" cryptographic operations to fail. NOTE: If the engine is used by the Apache webserver, the vulnerability will result in SSL connections being dropped in the handshake phase. The vulnerability is reported in Solaris 10 for both the SPARC and x86 platforms.
