DESCRIPTION:
xl4nothing has reported a vulnerability in the Personal Sticky
Threads add-on for vBulletin, which can be exploited by malicious
users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to unspecified errors, which can be
be exploited to view details (e.g. title, author, and pages) for a
restricted thread by toggling personal stickies for the thread.

This security issue is reported in version 1.0.3c. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code and ensure that proper access restrictions are
implemented.
