DESCRIPTION:
Maxim Kulakov has discovered a vulnerability in QIP, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the processing of ICQ
messages and can be exploited to hang the application via a specially
crafted ICQ message in RTF format.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 8.0.8.2. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Use another product.
