This fixes a security issue, which can potentially be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions. The security issue is caused due to the "fedora.client.AccountSystem().verify_password()" method returning "True" for arbitrary input. NOTE: According to the vendor no known code is using this method to verify a user's account with the Fedora Account System.
