DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in OptiPNG, which can be exploited
by malicious people to potentially compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to use-after-free error within the
"GIFReadNextExtension()" function in lib/pngxtern/gif/gifread.c and
can be exploited to crash the application and potentially execute
arbitrary code via a specially crafted GIF image.

The vulnerability is reported in all versions of OptiPNG.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
