The vulnerability is caused due to the request handler in JBossWS not correctly verifying the resource path when serving WSDL files for custom web service endpoints. This can be exploited to read arbitrary XML files on an affected system. SOLUTION: Reportedly fixed in version 3.1.0 GA. PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY: Reported via a Red Hat bug report.
