The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when processing TCP packets sent over port 2000, which can be exploited to cause a Cisco SBC card to reload via a specially crafted TCP packet. The vulnerability is reported in SBC modules in versions prior to 3.0(2) for Cisco 7600 series routers.
