The vulnerability is caused due to improper access restrictions on saved queries, which can be exploited to edit saved queries from other users. Successful exploitation allows e.g. to delete or create users with administrative privileges, when an administrative user clicks on a saved query. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.4.6.
