Rational ClearCase UCM-CQ Login Credential Disclosure

DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in IBM Rational ClearCase, which
may disclose sensitive information to local users.

The problem is that UCM-CQ on Linux or AIX may disclose the database
username and password in plaintext when a user e.g. runs the "ps -ef"
command.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.0.0.5, 7.0.1.4, or 7.1.0.1.
