WebSPELL "picture.php" Information Disclosure

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in WebSPELL, which can be exploited
by malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive information.

Input passed to the "id" parameter in picture.php is not properly
verified before being used to display files. This can be exploited to
disclose the content of files via directory traversal attacks.

Successful exploitation with arbitrary file extensions requires that
"magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

This is related to vulnerability #2 in:
SA24712

The vulnerability is reported in version 4.2.0d and 4.2.0e. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Apply the security fix.
