Greil has reported a vulnerability in LevelOne AMG-2000, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions. The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the internal proxy when restricting access to certain IP addresses. This can be exploited to access otherwise restricted IP addresses from the internal network (e.g. the IP address of the device to access the internal administration interface) by sending HTTP requests with a forged HTTP "Host:" header. Successful exploitation requires access to the wireless LAN.
