DESCRIPTION:
0x29A has discovered a vulnerability in CycloMedia CycloScopeLite,
which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's
system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in CM_ADOConnection.dll,
CM_AddressInfoDBC.dll, and CM_RecordingLocationDBC.dll when
processing the "ReturnConnection()" method and can be exploited to
dereference an invalid object.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is confirmed in CycloMedia CycloScopeLite version
2.50.3.0. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Set the kill-bit for the affected ActiveX control.
