The vulnerability is caused due to the Desktop Client application accepting e.g. self-signed SSL certificates without user interaction when establishing a server connection. This can be exploited to spoof a valid server via MitM (Man-in-the-Middle) attacks. The vulnerability is reported in version 10.1. Other versions may also be affected.
