DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in RT, which can be exploited by
malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to the application not properly
restricting access to the global "RT at a Glance" resource. This can
be exploited to modify global "RT at a Glance" settings if the
"ShowConfigTab" permission is given to an unprivileged user.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 3.6.8 and 3.8.4.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.6.8 or 3.8.4.
