DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in F-Secure Messaging Security
Gateway, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain
security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to the appliance not properly denying
mail relay when using the SMTP Turbo module. This can be exploited to
use an affected system as mail relay via specially crafted SMTP
requests.

The vulnerability is reported in F-Secure Messaging Security Gateway
versions 5.5.x.

SOLUTION:
The vendor has fixed the vulnerability in patch 739, delivered
automatically to affected systems.

Approve the installation of patch 739 for systems not configured for
automatic patch installation.
