DESCRIPTION:
Yogesh Kulkarni has discovered a vulnerability in ProSMDR, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed via the "txtUser" parameter to login.aspx is not
properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be
exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation allows bypassing the authentication
mechanism.

The vulnerability is confirmed in the latest trial version
(2009-06-29). Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict network access to the application.
