DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be
exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
Solaris NFSv4 kernel module, which can be exploited to cause a system
panic on an NFSv4 client system.

Successful exploitation requires that the system has an NFSv4 mounted
file system.

The vulnerability is reported in Solaris 10 with patch 139466-02 or
later (SPARC platform) and Solaris 10 with patch 139467-02 or later
(x86 platform).

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.

Apply patch 141733-03 or later.

OpenSolaris:
Fixed in build snv_120 or later.

-- x86 Platform --

Solaris 10:
Apply patch 141734-03 or later.

OpenSolaris:
