DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in Acoustica MP3 Audio Mixer,
which can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise
a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when importing
M3U playlists. This can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer
overflow by tricking a user into importing a specially crafted M3U
playlist containing an overly long entry.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.471. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Import trusted playlists only.
