DESCRIPTION:
A weakness has been reported in IBM Tivoli Key Lifecycle Manager,
which can lead to unauthorised access to the application.

The weakness is caused due to a potentially unchanged password. This
can be exploited to access the administrative Interface as the user
"TKLMAdmin" if the password has not been changed after the
installation.

NOTE: The documentation states that the administrator password must
be changed after the installation.

Apply Interim Fix 1.0.0-TIV-TKLM-IF0001A.
