DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in HP-UX, which can be exploited by
malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error related to
the "ttrace()" system call and can be exploited to cause a DoS.

The vulnerability is reported in HP-UX B.11.31 with patch PHKL_38114
installed.

Apply patch.
