DESCRIPTION:
Adhan Yantu has discovered a vulnerability in Outreach Project Tool,
which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable
system.

Input passed to the "CRM_path" parameter in
opt/forums/Forum_Include/index.php is not properly verified before
being used to include files. This can be exploited to include
arbitrary files from local and remote resources.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.2.7. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
