DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the Local Security
Authority Subsystem Service (LSASS) when handling ISAKMP messages.
This can be exploited to exhaust system resources via a specially
crafted ISAKMP message communicated through IPsec.
