DESCRIPTION:
HP has issued an update for sendmail. This fixes a security issue
which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

An error in sendmail can be exploited to bypass the "check_relay"
access control restrictions for IP addresses via spoofed DNS data
containing a blank client name.

The security issue is reported in HP-UX B.11.11 running sendmail
8.9.3 or sendmail 8.11.1 and HP-UX B.11.23 running sendmail 8.11.1.

NOTE: The vendor also reports an impact on the availability of the
service.

Apply updated packages.
