DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in Open Flash Chart, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "name" and "HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA" parameters in
php-ofc-library/ofc_upload_image.php is not properly verified to
check for file extensions and file contents before being used to
create files. This can be exploited to create files with PHP
extension and code, and execute arbitrary PHP code.

The vulnerability is confirmed in Open Flash Chart version 2 Lug Wyrm
Charmer. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
Remove the file if not needed.
