The vulnerabilities are caused due to errors within the LWRES dissector, which can be exploited to cause buffer overflows via specially crafted network packets or by tricking a user into loading a specially crafted capture file. The vulnerability is reported in versions 0.9.15 to 1.0.10 and 1.2.0 to 1.2.5.
