DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in C++ Sockets Library, which can
be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when processing HTTP
requests. This can be exploited to crash an application using the
library via an HTTP request containing e.g. a large number of HTTP
headers.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 2.3.9.

Update to version 2.3.9:
