DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows Server 2008,
which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in Hyper-V when
processing the encoding of certain guest machine instructions. This
can be exploited by a local user on a guest machine to render the
Hyper-V server unresponsive.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
