PhpKobo Address Book "LANG_CODE" Local File Inclusion Vulnerabilities

DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in PhpKobo  Address Book,
which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive
information.

Input passed to the "LANG_CODE" parameter in
codelib/cfg/common.inc.php and staff/app/common.inc.php is not
properly verified before being used to include files. This can be
exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources via
directory traversal attacks and URL-encoded NULL bytes.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.

The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.09. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
