DESCRIPTION:
Dan Rosenberg has reported some security issues in Deliver, which can
be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service), disclose sensitive information, or potentially gain
escalated privileges.

1) An error when creating lock files for mailboxes can be exploited
to deny other users access to the application.

2) Multiple race condition errors can be exploited to disclose
certain sensitive information or potentially gain escalated
privileges on systems using NFS.

SOLUTION:
Restrict local access to trusted users only.
