The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the IKE (Internet Key Exchange) implementation and can be exploited to cause an affected device to reload via a specially crafted IKE packet. The vulnerability only affects Cisco 7200 Series and Cisco 7301 routers with VPN Acceleration Module 2+ (VAM2+). SOLUTION: Update to a fixed version (please see the vendor's advisory for details).
