DESCRIPTION:
Pierre Nogučs has discovered a vulnerability in BitComet Client,
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when processing DHT
packets and can be exploited to terminate an affected process.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.19. Prior versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.20.
