DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in handling of transport
information network packets in Windows Media Unicast Service
(nsum.exe) and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer
overflow via a specially crafted packet.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.

NOTE: Windows Media Services is an optional component and is not
installed by default.

SOLUTION:
Apply patch.
