The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when processing long file names included in processed ZIP files. This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted ZIP file. Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 12.51.5810 and 13.10.6000. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Do not open untrusted ZIP files with the application.
