The vulnerability is caused due an error in editcp when processing packets and can be exploited via a specially crafted packet sent to port 7777. Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code. The vulnerability is reported in version 4.1 R7. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Reportedly, a patch has been released.
