DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft XML Editor, which can
be exploited by malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive
information.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error when resolving XML
external entities in a Web Service Discovery file (".disco") and can
be exploited to disclose the contents of arbitrary files.

SOLUTION:
