The vulnerability is caused due to the wp-content/plugins/lim4wp/includes/upload.php script allowing to upload and extract ZIP files to a folder inside the webroot. This can be exploited to e.g. execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a malicious PHP script in the ZIP file. Successful exploitation requires that the attacker knows the full path of the webroot directory. The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.1.1. Other versions may also be affected. SOLUTION: Restrict access to the wp-content/plugins/lim4wp/includes/upload.php file (e.g. via .htaccess).
